摘　　要：对我国篮球后备人才培养体制的现状进行分析,指出应在政府主导下发挥举国优势的同时,发挥社会力量与学校资源的作用,构建一套三线并举的篮球后备人才培养体系,以整合现有资源,保障篮球后备人才培养的可持续发展。Through analysis on the literature and the present situation of the basketball reserve talents training system, The paper had pointed out the importance and the feasibility of the basketball reserve individual raises＇ organizational reform. It displays the whole nation superiority under the government leadership; The display society strength and the school resources function constructing a set of the basketball reserve personnel training system three way have been developing simultaneously; By the conformity existing resources, it ensures the system of training reserve individual on basketball development.
