摘 要:以南京化工厂提供的高盐度硝基氯苯生产废水为主要研究对象,通过实验室的小试研究,设置好氧-厌氧的处理模式,对高盐度硝基氯苯废水生化处理的最佳参数提供了试验依据。试验结果,处理前稀释的最佳倍数为3倍,此时的盐度适宜活性污泥中的微生物生长;好氧-兼氧处理使污水的毒性降低,可生化性提高;试验中还得到,好氧SBR的最佳曝气时间为9.5h。外加碳源可以增加污泥浓度,改善活性污泥的结构和性状,从而提高COD的去除率,使出水水质达标。The research in this article studies on the high salinity wastewater in chloronitrobenzene production which is provided by the Nanjing chemical plant, The experiment in the lab provide the basis of choice of the optimum parameters in the biochemistry processing Of the high salinity chloronitrobenzene wastewater, The result is that the optimum dilution rate is threefold, which is the suitable environment for the growth of microorganisms in the activated sludge, Aerobic SBR (Sequence Batch Reactor)-anaerobic processing makes the toxicity low and improves the possibility of the biochemistry processing of the high salinity chloronitrobenzene wastewater. The best aeration time of the aerobic SBR is 915 hours. Additional carbon source could increase the sludge concentration and improve the structure and character of the sludge, in order to enhance the removal rate of COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) and make the water quality according with the Standards of the Water quality.
