摘 要:使用SITE04型旋滴界面张力仪测定油石油羧酸盐复配体系界面张力时,转速、注入油滴体积、气泡和进样速度及技巧等因素都对界面张力稳态值产生影响。通过实验研究了其中一些影响因素。结果表明,该仪器的最佳转速范围为2000~4000r/min时,注入油滴体积以0.2~0.8μl为宜;气泡的存在使界面张力测定值明显偏高,而消除气泡较为有效的方法是快而稳地注入油滴。另外,还将SITE04型张力仪的测定值与Texas500型张力仪的测定值进行了对比,结果表明了各自的适用场合。Some effects, such as a rotation speed of the SITE 04 type tensiometer (made in Germany)used, volume of injection oil drops, air bubbles adhered oil drop, injected speed and skill of sampling are investigated, on stable values of interfacial tension (IFT) between oil and petroleum carboxylate combined systems Experimental results show that the best range of rotation speed of the tensiometer is 2000 4000 revolutions per minute, the suitable volume of injected oil drops is varied between 0 2 0 8μl The air bubbles occuring in a capillary tube may result in the measuring value much higher than the value of no bubbles A suggestion that the speed of injected oil drops must be quick and stable is gived by experiment Also,the results with the SITE 04 type tensiometer and Texax 500 type tensiometer (made in U S A )are compared which show their applicability
