扶正方药对复发性念珠菌性阴道炎小鼠模型的抗真菌作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察扶正方药对复发性念珠菌性阴道炎小鼠模型的抗真菌作用。方法对小鼠进行白色念珠菌初次感染,待小鼠自行康复后进行再次感染,建立复发性念珠菌性阴道炎模型,观察扶正方药对动物模型抗真菌治疗的干预作用。结果扶正方药组病原体转阴率100%,与常规治疗组病原体转阴率(66.7%)相比较,存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论扶正方药可有效提高复发性念珠菌性阴道炎小鼠模型的治愈率。Objective To observe the effeet of Fuzheng Fangyao on recurrent vulvo vaginal cadidiasis in mice. Methods The primary infection model was established with Candida albicans in mice,after recovery by self,the miee were infected again to establish the model of recurrent vulvo vaginal cadidiasis ,and the effect of Fuzheng Fangyao on the mice was obseved. Results The pathogene darkening rate of Fuzheng Fangyao group was 100%. Compared with the routine treated group（66.7% ） ,there was signifieant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Fuzheng Fangyao can increase the recovery rate against recurrent vulvo vaginal eadidiasis.
