摘  要:目的建立用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定川木通中豆甾醇的含量。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(97:3),检测波长为210nm,流速1.0ml·min^-1,进样量5μl,柱温30℃。结果豆甾醇进样量在1.835~18.35μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,回收率为101.0%~103.6%,RSD为0.7%~2.1%(n=3)。结论该法准确性和重复性好,可用于川木通的质量控制。Objective To develop an HPLC method for the content determination of stigmasterol in Clematis armandii Franch. and Clematis montana Buch. -Ham. Methods In the system of HPLC, a Diamonsil C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm ,5 μm)column was used , with methanol -water (97: 3 ) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min ^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 210nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results Stigmasterol curve was linear over the range of 1. 835 - 18.35 μg ( r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery of the method was 101.0% - 103.6% (RSD =0.7% -2.1% ,n =3). Conclusion The proposed method is convenient, economical and accurate with good reproducibility, and can be used to evaluate the quality of Clematis armandii Franch. and Clematis montana Buch. -Ham.
