摘 要:目的研究金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜对茶树精油的抵抗力。方法采用Brown平板改良法体外复制金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜模型,扫描电镜确认后应用载体定量杀菌实验对其进行实验研究。结果培养3 d的金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜对体积分数2.0%的茶树油耐受时间最短,作用20 min完全被杀灭;培养7 d的金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜对体积分数0.75%茶树油耐受时间最长,作用120 min才被完全清除,用金黄色葡萄球菌浮游菌滴染滤膜经体积分数2.0%茶树油处理后,均在10 min内被完全杀灭。结论形成生物膜的细菌对茶树油的抵抗力比浮游菌强,随着生物膜形成时间延长,抵抗力明显增加。Objective To study the resistance of Staphylococcus aureus Biofilm to tea tree oil compound preparation. Methods S. aureus bio -film was simulated in vitro by improved Brown plates, confirmed by scanning electronic microscope, and then tested by carrier quantitative germicidal test method. Results The resistance of S. aureus bio - film cultivated 3 days to 2.0% tea tree oil compound preparation (V/V) was the weakest, S. aureus were killed after 20 min ; the resistance of S. aureus bio - film cultivated 7 days to 0.75% tea tree oil compound preparation (V/V) was the strongest, the elimination of S. aureus lasted 120 min, pelagic S. aureas were killed within 10 min. Conclusion S. aureus bio - film has stronger resistance to tea tree oil compound preparation than pelagic S. aureus does, and with the formation period which bio - film required extends, the more obvious resistance of bio - film becomes.
