摘 要:目的探讨山慈姑的体外抑菌活性。方法将山慈姑提取物经大孔树脂(D-101)分离得到4个组分A,B,C和D,用倍比稀释法测定其抑菌活性。结果金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)对组分D有很强的敏感性,MIC≤12.5mg/ml,对组分B有中等强度的敏感性,MIC为12.5~25mg/ml;白色念珠菌(Candida albicans,ATCC-10231)对组分B和组分D有中等强度的敏感性,MIC为12.5~25mg/ml,大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)对各组分的敏感性都较低,MIC〉50mg/ml。结论山慈姑提取物B和D对金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌具有较强的抑菌效果。Objective To study the in vitro growth inhibitory activity ofpseudobulbus cremastrae seu pleiones on bacteria. Methods The extract from pseudobulbus cremastrae seu pleione was separated by the way of resin column chromatography ( D - 101 ) to obtain four constituents A, B, C and D, and their antibacterial activities in vitro were determined by double dilution. Results Staphylococcus aureus showed a high sensitivity to constituent D( MIC ≤ 12.5 mg/ml), and a medium sensitivity to constituent B( 12.5 mg/ml 〈 MIC ≤25 mg/ml) ; Candida albicans( ATCC -10231 )showed a medium sensitivity to constituent B and D( 12.5 mg/ml 〈 MIC ≤25mg/ml) ; Escherichia coli showed a low sensitivity to constituent A,B ,C and D( MIC 〉 50mg/ml). Conclusion The constituent B and D from pseudobulbus cremastrae seu pleione have good antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans.
