摘 要:目的通过正交实验优化枸杞子滴丸的成型工艺。方法以滴丸的硬度、外观、黏连为评价指标,采用正交实验法,从基质、药液与基质的用量配比等方面进行选择。结果最佳工艺条件为:药液温度70℃,冷凝管口温度35~40℃,PEG6000:10000配比为1:7,药膏:基质:吐温80配比为1:3:0.5,孔径大小30mg,滴速30d/min,冷却剂温度6~8℃,滴距5cm。结论通过上述工艺条件确定的滴丸成型度好,所制滴丸符合《中国药典》(2005版)滴丸质量标准。Objective To study the preparation techniques for Lycium barbarum L. Dropping Pills by orthogonal design. Methods On the basis of orthogonal design, preparation conditions were selected among sort of polyglycol (as substance) , consumption of polyglycol and processing temperature of usoline, and all the procedures were evaluated by the hardness, appearance and stickiness of the pills. Results The best conditions were as follows : temperature of drug 70℃ , ration of hemsle in - PEG6000 - PEG1000 - twin80, 1 : 3 : 0.5 ; temperature of the refrigerant 6 -8℃. Conclusion The optimal conditions are suitable for the preparation of Lycium barbarum L. Dropping Pills.
