摘　　要：目的建立测定宽叶缬草中总缬草素含量的测定方法。方法用两点电位滴定法测定。结果该方法过程简单,准确,易普及,测得所采宽叶缬草中总缬草素的含量为1.88%。结论可用两点电位滴定法测定宽叶缬草中总缬草素的含量。Objective To establish a method for determination of the total valepotrlate content of Valeriana officinalis L. var. latifolia Miq.. Methods The two - point potentiometric tilration method was adopted. Results The method was easy, accurate and popular. The total valepotrlate content of V. officinalis L. vat. latifolia Miq. was 1.88% by the method. Conclusion The total valepotrlate content of V. officinalis L. var. latifolia Miq. can be determined by the two -point potentiometric tilration method.
