摘  要:目的测定雀儿舌头中多糖的含量。方法根据蒽酮硫酸试剂可与游离的寡糖、多糖中的己糖、戊糖及其糖醛和糠醛酸起显色反应,采用紫外分光光度法测定雀儿舌头中多糖的含量。结果该法的线性范围为40~320μg,r=0.9977,平均回收率为101.2%,RSD为1.35%。结论该法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可作为雀儿舌头中多糖含量的测定方法。Objective To determine the content of the deoxidize sugar in Leptopus chinese (Bunge) Pojark. Methods The content of the deoxidize sugar in Leptopus chinese (Bunge) Pojark was determined using sulfuric aeidearbolic acid method. Results The linear range was 40 - 320 p.g ( r = 0. 997 7 ). The average recovery rate was 101.2.5%. RSD was 1.35%. Conclusion This method is simple, quick, accurate and reproducible, thus it can be used for determining the content of the deoxidize sugar in Leptopus chinese (Bunge) Pojark.
