摘  要:目的对白花丹参的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法分离,根据波谱数据分析鉴定结构。结果从白花丹参根的乙醇提取物中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为丹参酮Ⅱ-A(Ⅰ),隐丹参酮(Ⅱ),丹参酮Ⅰ(Ⅲ),丹参新酮(Ⅳ),柳杉酚(Ⅴ),丹参醇A(Ⅵ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅶ),胡萝卜串(Ⅷ)。结论化合物Ⅴ~Ⅷ首次从白花丹参中得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of Salvia miltiorrhiza f. alba. Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatographic techniques and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis. Results Eight compounds were obtained from the plant and identified as tanshinone Ⅱ - A ( Ⅰ ), cryptotanshinone (Ⅱ ) , tanshinone Ⅰ ( Ⅲ), mihirone ( Ⅳ ) , sugiol ( Ⅴ ), Danshenol A ( Ⅵ ), β - Sitosterol (Ⅶ), daueosterine ( Ⅷ ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅴ - Ⅶ were isolated from the plant for the first time.
