摘  要:目的建立甘肃青兰属植物中多糖的含量测定方法。方法利用苯酚-硫酸法显色,在490 nm波长处用紫外分光光度法测定多糖含量。结果回归方程:Y=0.014 00X+0.000 17,r=0.999 6。测得异叶青兰、香青兰、岷山毛建草和唐古特青兰多糖含量分别为13.38%,10.42%,5.795%,15.07%;平均回收率及其RSD分别为95.03%,3.063%(n=5);96.42%,2.830%(n=5);95.85%,2.470%(n=5);101.1%,2.044%(n=5)。结论所用方法快速、准确、灵敏,可作为青兰属植物中多糖的含量测定方法。Objective To determine polysaccharides in Dracocephalum genus plants in Gansu Province. Methods The content of polysaccharides was determined by phenol- sulfuric acid method at 490nm. Results The regression equation was Y = 0. 014 00x + 0.000 17, r = 0.999 6. The contents of polysaceharides in Dracocephalum heterophyllum Benth. , D. moldavicum L. , Dracocephalum purdomii W. W. Smith. and D. tanguticum Maxim. were 13.38% , 10.42% , 5. 795% , 15.07%. The average recovery rate andRSDwere 95.03%,3.063% (n = 5);96.42% ,2.830% (n = 5);95.85%,2.470% (n = 5);101. 1%, 2. 044% ,raspectively( n = 5 ). Conclusion The method is rapid, reliable and sensitive, and it can be used to determine the polysaccharides in Dracocephalum genus plants.
