复方柳菊片对小鼠实验性肝损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的观察复方柳菊片对小鼠实验性肝损伤的保护作用。方法小鼠ip D-GalN溶液750 mg/kg,诱发肝损伤,测定血清丙氨酸氨基转换酶(ALT)及谷氨酸氨基转换酶(AST);小鼠ip 0.1%CC l4的橄榄油溶液,诱发肝损伤,测定血清ALT及AST,并观察肝脏的组织学改变。结果复方柳菊片可明显对抗CC l4及D-GalN所致小鼠ALT及AST的升高,明显改善肝组织病理损伤。结论复方柳菊片有保肝降酶的作用。Objective To study the protective effect of Fufang Liuju Pian on experimental liver injury in mice. Methods The biochemical indexes and histopathological changes of liver injury in mice caused by toxicant chemicals（ D - Galn and CCl4 ） were determined. Results Fufang Liuju Pian obviously inhibited the increase of serum ALT and AST caused by D - Galn and CCl4, reversed the pathological changes of hepatic cells. Conclusion Fufang Liuju Pian has obvious protective effects on experimental liver injury in mice.
