刺人参茎化学成分的研究

摘　　要：目的研究刺人参茎的化学成分。方法采用了各种层析分析分离技术,分得单体,经理化常数和光谱解析确定其结构。结果从刺人参茎中分离得到了6种化合物,分别鉴定为3-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸(A)、1-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸(B)、大黄酸(C)、紫丁香苷(D)、蔗糖(E)、葡萄糖(F)。结论3-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸、1-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸、大黄酸均为同属植物中首次分离。Objective To study the chemical constituents of the dried stocks of Oplopanax elatus Nakai. Methods Isolation and identification were carried out by using various chromatography techniques and spectral methods. Results Six saponins were isolated. Their structures, were identified as 3 -O -caffeoyl quinic acid （A）, 1 -O -caffeoyl quinic acid （B）, rhein （C）, syringin · （D） , sucrose（E） , glucose（F）. Conclusion The three saponins were isolated for the first time from Oplopanax elattts Nakai.
