摘　　要：企业经营战略在当今国外油公司面向全球化发展的进程中日显重要。以充实的例证论述了被国外油公司广为采纳的联合战略的概念、特征与应用原则；并结合横向过程化管理结构和英荷壳牌集团的管理改革实例探讨了企业重组的基本思想和做法。这些对我国当前发展对外合作与跨国经营不无启迪。Corporation management strategies are more and more important in the course of foreign petroleum corporation′s global development The concepts,properties and principles of united strategy widely used by foreign petroleum corporations are expounded with adequate examples Baesd on the management reform and horizontal process management structures of the RD/Shell, a basic idea and method for corporation reengineering are analyzed This is a good inspiration to China striding to external cooperation and transnational management presently
