低碳钢圆管多层对焊焊接应力的研究

摘  要:本文建立了低碳钢圆管多层对焊焊接应力的数值计算模型,对正常焊接工艺的20钢圆管多层对焊的焊接应力进行了计算。计算和残余应力实测结果表明,20钢圆管多层对焊后存在复杂的残余应力,尤其是圆管内表面的焊缝附近区域存在着高数值的双向拉伸残余应力。In this paper, numerical model was set up for analysing the welding stresses during multi-pass butt-welding of low carbon steel pipe. Based on this model, the welding stresses of 0. 2 % c carbon steel pipe under the condition of the normal multi-layer girth-welding technology were calculated. The results of numerical computation and residual stress measurement show that there were complicate residual stresses in the welded pipes and especially biaxial high tensile residual stresses in the weld vicinity of the inner surface.
