摘　　要：目的:探讨VEGF(血管内皮生长因子)在复发性流产(RSA)患者绒毛及蜕膜中的表达。方法:以免疫组织化学方法观察20例复发性流产(RSA)患者绒毛及蜕膜组织中VEGF的表达及分布,并以20例正常早孕妇女作为对照组。结果:RSA患者绒毛及蜕膜组织中VEGF的表达显著低于正常早孕组(P<0.05)。结论:VEGF在早期妊娠的维持中起重要作用,其表达水平降低可能与RSA的发生有关。Objective： To observe the expression of VEGF in chorionic villi and deciduas of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients. Methods： The expression and distribution of VEGF were observed in chorionic villi and deeidual tissues from 20 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion （RSA） by immunohistochcmistry. At the same period, 20 normal early pregnant women matched for maternal group. Results ： The expression of VEGF in RSA group was significantly lower than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ： VEGF plays an important role in normal pregnancy, the low expression of VEGF may be involved in the pathogenesis of RSA.
