摘 要:目的建立人体胸部的三维有限元模型,以用于单兵防护工程研究。方法以CT的扫描数据为重建源图像,利用医学图像重建软件Mimics进行三维重建;在有限元前处理软件ANSYSICEMCFD中进行单元网格划分,并为模型各部分指定相应的材料特性参数;在有限元软件ANSYSLS-DYNA中完成有限元模型建模,并参照既往尸体实验数据检验模型有效性。结果建立了近似人体胸部解剖结构的有限元模型,模型的模拟计算结果和既往尸体实验结果基本相符。结论利用人体断层数据和专业软件,能够完成有限元模型的重建,模型能够满足单兵防护工程研究中进行人体胸部冲击相关数值分析的需要。Objective To build a finite element model (FEM) of human thorax for individual protection research. Methods Materialise Mimics medical imaging software was used to rebuild 3D model of human thorax based on CT images. The model was meshed and the material properties of various parts of the model was defined in ANSYS ICEM CFD. The FEM was completed and validated by ANSYS LS-DYNA. Results The human thorax FEM with approximately topology was developed. The simulative result was consistent with the result of existing cadaveric experiment. Conclusion The FEM is rebuilt with human tomography images in professional software and meets the requirement of numerical analysis that simulating the impact on human thorax in personal protection research.
