摘 要:以薄皮甜瓜(Cucumis melo L.)品种‘玉美人’为试材,通过高效液相色谱法测定薄皮甜瓜糖运转途径上各器官不同种类糖的含量,以分析夜间低温对薄皮甜瓜糖运转途径上各器官糖含量的影响。结果显示,甜瓜从"源"到"库"糖运转途径上各器官糖含量差异很大。叶片中葡萄糖含量最高,其次是果糖,而肌醇半乳糖苷、棉籽糖和水苏糖含量很低;子蔓和果柄维管束中积累了大量的蔗糖、果糖、葡萄糖、棉籽糖和水苏糖,及少量的肌醇半乳糖苷;果实则以果糖、葡萄糖为主,而肌醇半乳糖苷、棉籽糖和水苏糖含量很低。夜间9℃低温处理后,叶片、子蔓和果柄维管束糖的积累明显高于相应对照,而果实中糖含量明显低于对照;夜间12℃低温处理后糖运转途径上各器官糖含量无明显变化。研究表明,夜间9℃低温使薄皮甜瓜叶片中糖大量积累,并限制了糖的运输,严重影响果实糖分积累,而夜间12℃低温并未对其产生明显的影响;果柄维管束中可能存在运转糖的分解,且夜间9℃低温可能会对其起到一定的促进作用。Under different night low temperature, changes of carbohydrate composition and content in different organ along melon assimilate transport path were studied by HPLC. The results indicated that carbohydrate content is different at different organ along the transport route from source to sink. Glucose was the highest and galactinol, raffinose and stachyose were the lowest in contents in leaf, with fructose and sucrose standing in the medium. A lot of sucrose, raffinose and stachyose were accumulated in vascular bundle, while there lied much fructose and glucose as well as little galactinol. Meanwhile,glucose and fructose, re- presenting the predominant sugar were nearly equal in amount,with galactinol,raffinose and stachyose be- ing present in trace quantities. In addition,the treatment of 9℃ in night,the content of sugar was increased obviously compare to control in leaf and vascular bundle, however, the content of sugar in fruit was reduced in evidence. However, 12℃ in night had no effect on carbohydrate content at different parts along the transport route from source to sink. These results suggested that 9℃ in night caused carbohydrate content to increase in leaf,and inhibited the transport of sugar. As a result,the content of sugar in fruit was affected seriously. Furthermore, 9 ℃ in night may have a positive effect on the hydrolyze of stachyose in fruit vascular bundle.
