冠心病患者脉搏波速度特点研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨冠心病患者臂踝脉搏波速度(Brachial ankle pulse wave velocity,baPWV)变化规律,观察它与冠状动脉疾病严重程度的关系,期望它成为冠状动脉疾病严重程度预测指标之一。方法:选取2007年10月～2008年5月心血管内科住院疑诊的冠心病患者126人,所有患者均接受冠状动脉造影,冠心病患者52人,非冠心病患者74人,将两组患者baPWV进行比较;再将冠状动脉狭窄病变Gensini积分与baPWV进行相关分析。结果:冠心病患者baPWV明显增高,它与冠状动脉狭窄病变Gensini积分明显相关。结论:冠心病患者baPWV明显增高,它与冠状动脉病变严重程度密切相关,因此,baPWV可作为无创预测冠心病患者病变严重程度指标之一。Objective： To investigate the relationship between Brachial ankle pulse wave velocity（baPWV ） and coronary artery disease, and to evaluate the prognosis of patients with coronary artery disease.Methods： To measure baPWV of 52 patients with coronary artery disease and 74 patients without coronary artery disease confirmed by coronary artery angiography, and explore the relationship between baPWV and Gensini scores by linear-correlated analysis. Results： baPWV is significantly increased in patients with coronary artery disease, and it is related to Gensini scores. Conclusions： Our results suggest that baPWV is related to severity of coronary artery disease.
