摘 要:用大量环氧树脂胶结储层油砂岩心进行了钻井液和水泥浆双重动态污染实验研究,发现钻井液是引起岩心渗透率损害的主要因素。去除岩心端面上钻井液滤饼导致水泥浆滤液侵入深度增大。测定水泥浆滤液与岩心反应时生成的固体颗粒量和滤液对岩心渗透率的损害率,发现水泥降滤失剂木质素磺酸钠可减少滤液中固体颗粒析出量和对岩心的损害,CMC特别是RC800可增大固体颗粒析出量,加重滤液对岩心的损害。ynamic core damage experiments on a large number of epoxy resin bound reservoir sand cores are conducted first by a mud and then by a cement slurry. The drilling muds and cement slurries contain all commonly used additives. It is shown that in such cases the mud is always the main factor for core permeability damage. Removing the filtration cake of mud from the core surface leads to increasing the incursion depth of the slurry filtrate. The population of solid particles formed in the slurry filtrate in contact with a core is determined and it is shown that introducing sodium lignosulfonate as filtrate reducer leads to decreasing the particles population and the core damage; CMC increases fairly significantly and longchain polymer RC800-the most significantly the particles population and the core damage.
