摘 要:由于小型炼厂在我国目前数量较多,加工原油过程中废水排放系数很高,处理设施不完善,对环境影响相对较大。在对几个小型炼厂进行了类比调查分析基础上,选定胜华炼厂为研究对象,利用现场多阶段监测和分析的方法,测定了该厂各主要装置在正常生产、开工、停工以及停工改造后正常生产4个时段的水量和水质变化情况。大量有效数据表明,小型炼厂水质、水量因加工工艺和生产周期不同而定期发生变化。在开工期间,由于操作不稳定,因此废水外排量变化大,对污水场冲击较大;停工期水量波动很大,废水中石油类含量高,应严格操作或修筑简易隔油池,对控制污染会取得明显效果。There are a number of small scale refineries in our country. In such a refinery the discharging coefficient of waste water in processing unit is high, and the treating facilities are imperfect. The impact on environment is considerably serious.Several small refineries were investigated and analyzed. Shenghua refinery is taken as the study object. The methods of on the spot multi stage monitoring and analysing were used. A large quantities of effective data were obtained. The changing law of the quality and quantity of the waste water with the changes of processing technologies and production periods were investigated. The results can provide foundations for determining environment protecting measures.
