摘 要:从重晶石的表面结构和特征入手,优选了SE系列活化剂,并对重晶石表面进行了化学改性,使其表面呈亲油性。这样,在油基液中重晶石颗粒表面易形成一定厚度的油膜,提高了其在油基钻井液中的分散度,减少了聚结沉降,从而大大改善了重晶石加重油基钻井液的动力稳定性。与普通重晶石加重的油基钻井液相比,SE系列活化重晶石加重的油基钻井液经80℃和16h老化后的密度差降低50%以上,其动力稳定性大大增强,而且流变性能得到了改善。Several oleophilic modified agents were selected to modify the barite surface from hydrophilicity to oleophilicity. There is a strong interaction between barite and chemical modifier,so that the suspending power of barite in oil based drilling fluid is improved.The oleophilic modified barite (OMB) was applied in oil based mud.The result shows that,not only is the dynamical stability of the weighed oil based mud enhanced,but also the rheological properties are improved.The OMB can be used in inverted oil mud in which the diesel oil or less toxic oil can be used as a successive phase.
