深冷装置爆管原因分析及防护

摘　　要：通过对爆口样品的电镜检测以及对腐蚀产物的能谱分析、Ｘ射线衍射分析和研究，得出了爆管的原因是Ｈ２Ｓ电化学腐蚀、Ｈ２Ｓ应力腐蚀与局部过热所造成的钢管显微组织石墨化的判据，为研究深冷装置爆管现象提供了理论依据，并提出了５条防护措施。We learned the causes of the pipe explosions through scanning electron microscopy inspection of the sample holes caused by explosions, the analysis of energy spectrum of the product from the erosion, and the diffraction analysis of X ray and research. The causes are H2S corrosion and partial overheat. The research provides theoretical basis for the protection measures of deeply cooling equipment.
