摘　　要：目的建立以HPLC法测定前列舒丸中丹皮酚含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6×150mm,5μm)。流动相为甲醇-水(70∶30),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为274nm。结果丹皮酚在8.2～41.0μg.mL-1浓度范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9997);加样回收率为99.30%(RSD=0.66%)。结论该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,稳定性、重现性好,可作为产品的质量控制方法。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeonol in Qianlieshu pills. METHODS The determination was performed on Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18（4.6× 150mm, 5μm） with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（70 ： 30） at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 274nm. RESULTS The linear range of Paeonol was 8.2--41.0μg·min^-1（r= 0.9999）.The recovery was 99.30% （RSD= 0.66% ） .CONCLUSION The established method is simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate, stable and reproducible, and can be used as a method for the quality control of the product.
