摘　　要：计算机的广泛应用,为高校实行文档一体化管理提供了技术支持,电子文件的出现要求档案工作向文件管理延伸,从而在文件生成之日起就得到质量控制,结合长期从事档案管理与文件管理的理论与实践,论证了在高校实施文档一体化管理的可行性.With the widespread application of computer it offers the technical support for the documents integration management in university.The appearance of electronic documents needs that the file work is extended to the documents management in order to control the quality of documents.Combined with the theory and practice of file management the feasibily of documents integration management in university is proved.
