摘 要:电化学加速锈蚀钢筋是大量获取锈蚀钢筋试件的有效方法。从钢筋电化学加速锈蚀机理出发,依据法拉第定律,探讨了电流密度、接线方法、电解液及构造措施对钢筋通电加速锈蚀效果的影响,并通过试验证明腐蚀过程中钢筋串联与并联效果相同。最后通过试验验证钢筋表面脱钝后与电解液充分接触的情况下,钢筋实际锈蚀率与理论锈蚀率基本一致,不同电流密度对通电加速锈蚀率影响较小,依据法拉第定律能较精确估算钢筋加速锈蚀的实际锈蚀率。Accelerated corrosion technique is an efficient way to make corroded reinforcement steel bars in a lab. Based on electrochemical corrosion mechanism and Faraday' s law, the effect of current density, connection methods, electrolyte and constructional measures on the corrosion result of steel bars is discussed in the paper. It was verified that the series circuit and the parallel circuit have the same action on the corrosion process of steel bars. It was also verified by the test results that the measured corrosion rates have good match with those theoretically calculated when the surface of steel bars is closely connected with electrolyte, and change of current density has little effect on the corrosion rate of steel bars, that is, the measured corrosion rates can be precisely estimated based on Faraday' s law.
