摘 要:研究了玻璃纤维化学成分中ZrO2的质量分数、玻璃纤维类型及玻璃纤维长度等因素对GRC耐久性的影响。结果表明:加速老化条件下,玻璃纤维的抗侵蚀性随着ZrO2质量分数的增加而提高,以预混型短切玻璃纤维为增强材料的GRC比以水分散型短切玻璃纤维为增强材料的GRC表现出更好的耐久性;与长度为20mm的玻璃纤维相比,以长度为12mm的玻璃纤维配制的GRC表现出更好的耐久性。玻璃纤维掺量过高会造成分散不均匀,进而影响GRC复合材料的密实度和耐久性。The effects of the proportions of ZrO2 in the glass fiber chemical compositions, the types of glass fiber, the length of glass fiber and its volume on the durability of glass fiber reinforced cement(GRC) have been studied. The results show that under the condition of accelerated aging, the anti-erosion of the glass fiber improves with the increase of the content of ZrO2 in the glass fiber, and the durability of the GRC with premix chopped glass fiber is better than that of the GRC with water dispersible chopped glass fiber. The durability of the GRC with 12 mm glass fiber is better than that of the GRC with 20 mm glass fiber. With much glass fiber, the density and durability of the GRC can decrease for the poor uniformity.
