摘　　要：目的探讨PTCA及支架安置术患者围术期实施心理干预的效果。方法选取某三级甲等医院心脏介入诊疗患者60例,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采取常规心理护理,干预组在常规心理护理基础上针对患者存在的心理问题因人而宜实施综合心理干预(包括信息干预、心理护理、情绪疏导、认知干预和行为干预等),评估并比较两组患者的心理状态。结果干预组患者焦虑分值、抑郁分值降低幅度均较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不同时点心率及收缩压的动态变化差异显著(P<0.01),且对照组较干预组的变化幅度为大。结论综合心理干预可缓解心脏介入诊疗术患者围术期负性情绪,稳定心率、血压,降低不适反应及并发症的发生率,是调节患者心理应激状态的有效手段。Objective To study the effects of a psychological intervention mode for patients around period of operation PTCA and stent implantation. Methods Sixty patients from a Grade Ⅲ Class A hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into two equal groups. The control group received routine psychological care. The intervention group（ n =30） was treated with measures established by the psychological intervention mode （information intervention, psychological care, mood dredge,cognitive intervention, behavioral intervention） . The mental states of the two groups were compared. Results After psychological intervention, the score of anxiety and depression showed a significant reduction in the intervention group compared with the control group （ P〈 0.05）. The differences of dynamic change, in blood pressure and pulse change on different time burns were significantly bigger in the control group than that in the intervention group（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusions The psychological intervention mode can reduce patients＇ negative emotions as well as decrease side effects and the complication incidence in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） who receive the PTCA and stent implantation operation and help them maintain suitable psychosomatic status.
