摘　　要：目的:研究灯银脑通胶囊对衰老小鼠的促智作用。方法:给ICR小鼠眼球后注射D-半乳糖造成衰老动物模型,分组灌胃给予不同剂量的灯银脑通胶囊(0.5、1、2g/kg),每日1次,连续2周,然后测试其对衰老动物智力的影响。结果:灯银脑通胶囊能提高小鼠跳台和走迷宫实验的学习成绩,增强对其记忆的保持。结论:灯银脑通胶囊对实验动物具有促智作用。Objective:To study the nootropic effect of DengYin NaoTong capsule on aging mice.Methods:An aging animal model was made by injecting D-galactose in the rear of the eyeball of ICR mice.The mice were grouped and infused into their stomaches with different doses of DengYin Nao Tong capsule(0.5、1、2g/kg)once a day for two weeks and then examined the effect of the drug on the aging animal intelligence.Results:Deng Yin NaoT ong capsule could improve the learning result of the mice in the experiment of platform-jumping and maze and strengthen their memory.Conclusions:Deng Yin Nao Tong capsule has a nootropic effect on the experimental animal.
