摘  要:针对微尺度燃烧的特点,在传热分析的基础上,建立了微型管内氢-空气预混合气的燃烧模型,对0.2mm微管内氢气空气预混燃烧进行了变参数研究。结果表明:对于0.2 mm微管,适当的氢氧混合比,火焰可以实现稳定持续燃烧;燃烧室尺度越小,散热量越大,最大可达到总放热量的22%左右;当量比接近0.8时,有最高燃烧温度和最高的氢气转化率,接近100%;入口应该控制在较小流速来实现较高的燃烧效率。On the base of analysis of heat transfer, combustion model of hydrogen and air premixed in micro-scale tube was established in consideration of characteristics of micro-scale combustion. The effects of changing parameters on combustion characteristics of hydrogen and air premixed combustion in micro-scale tube was studied with simulation methods. The results indicate: Stabilized combustion in micro tube can be maintained stably in micro-scale tube with 0.2 mm inner diameter with suitable hydrogen-air equivalence ratio. And the smaller the combustion chamber dimensions are, the larger the heat loss will be, and the largest is 22% of the heat of reaction; The hydrogen-air equivalence ratio near 0.8 is helpful for keeping stability combustion; Inlet velocity should be controlled at small velocity to achieve higher combustion efficiency.
