摘　　要：四川"5.12"地震灾害发生以后,受灾群众临时集中安置点冬季用电高峰期的供电保障及安全用电服务成为社会关注焦点。为了切实做好各安置点的保电工作,四川省电力公司采取技术和管理上的措施,保证受灾群众在冬季用电高峰期的可靠用电和安全用电。After Sichuau ＂5.12＂ earthquake happened, electricity supply security of the disaster-stricken masses of temporary concentrated settlements in winter peak power period and the safety of electricity service became the focus of social concern. For a really good job in protecting the settlements elec, tric work, the Sichuan Provincial Power Company took technical and management measures to ensure that the affected people use reliable and safe electricity during the winter peak period.
