摘  要:采用溶剂-非溶剂重结晶法制备出奥克托今(HMX)并对其粒径及晶形进行了研究,通过单一改变溶剂、温度、溶剂-非溶剂混合速率和搅拌速度研究了HMX重结晶过程中的动力学行为.实验表明:在25℃时,用二甲亚砜(DMSO)作溶剂,非溶剂与溶剂质量比为100∶1,将两者迅速混合所结晶出的HMX晶体平均粒径为462 nm,且其分布均匀呈短柱状团聚;用丙酮作溶剂时,结晶不均匀多呈长条状;用68 wt%硝酸作溶剂时,结晶呈立方块状.The particle size and crystal form of HMX prepared by re-crystallization using solvent-nonsolvent method was studied. The kinetics behaviors of HMX re-crystallization were studied by respectively changing solvents, temperatures, mixture speeds of solvent and nonsolvent and the stirring speed. The experimental results show. when dimethyl sulfoxide is selected as solvent, the mean diameter of HMX is 462 nm and its pattern appears short column crystal aggregate which is acquired at these conditions, temperature keeping at 25 ℃, the weight ratio between solvent and non-solvent is 100 : 1, and solvent is diluted rapidly; when acetone is used as solvent, the crystal is non-homogeneous and majority appears long strips; while 68 wt% nitric acid as solvent, the crystal appears cube-like blocks.
