摘  要:汽封性能对机组的经济性和可靠性有着重要的影响。为降低漏汽损失,提高机组安全性和经济性,采用先进汽封技术对原有的传统汽封进行改造是十分必要的。本文对多种汽封的工作原理和实际应用情况进行了分析和比较,并阐述了汽封改造和应用中应注意的问题。应用先进汽封技术后,汽轮机效率有显著的提高。The performance of the steam seal has an important influence on unit's efficiency and reliability. To reduce the leakage loss and enhance security and economical efficiency of units, it is necessary to modify the traditional stepped labyrinth seal with advanced steam seal technology. The working principle and practical application of several kinds of seals are analyzed and compared, and then the issues for the seal modification and their applications are clarified in this paper. The steam turbine efficiency has been improved remarkably after applying the advanced steam seal technology.
