摘　　要：目的研究社区中医药服务事业发展现况和趋势。方法2007年在中国东、中、西三个地区随机抽查10个省,同时与2004年研究情况比较。结果两个时段各地区中医院主办社区卫生服务中心积极性升高,中医主要诊疗仪器的配置在增加,中药饮片配置在升高,中医药服务项目增加,中药及中成药处方平均量增加。结论社区中医药服务事业发展较好,但仍然有一些问题,对今后的发展提出了政策建议。Objective To investigate the present situation and development trend of traditional Chinese medicine health service in community health service center from 2004 to 2007. Methods In 2007, the situation of traditional Chinese medicine commu- nity health service was investigated randomly in 10 provinces of East china, Midland China and West China ,and the results were compared with that of 2004. Results From 2004 to 2007, the enthusiasm of Chinese medicine hospital to establish community health service center was enhanced. The instrument of diagnosis and treatment for Chinese medicine increased, Chinese medicine service items added, and Chinese herbal medicine and Chinese patent medicine prescription increased. Conclusion The devel- opment of traditional Chinese medicine health service business is good,but still has some problems to be solved, Some policy suggestions are brought up for the development.
