摘　　要：目的总结重度烧伤患者的营养护理经验,提高重度烧伤的救治水平。方法回顾性总结我科近4年来全部采用胃肠道营养加周围静脉营养治疗的32例大面积烧伤患者的临床资料。结果32例患者中死亡3例,3例自动出院,其余全部治愈。患者均未出现严重体重下降及营养不良现象。结论重度烧伤患者经非深静脉营养的治疗及护理,可提高救治成功率。Objective To sum up the experience of nursing in severe burn patients with nutrition therapy, so as to improve the treatment of the disease. Methods The data of 32 extensive burn patients with peripheral parenteral nutrition and enteral nutri- tion therapy was analysed retrospectively. Results Three patients died, three gave up treatment, and other patients were cured. Conclusion Non-deep vein nutrition therapy and nursing can improve the treatment in severe burn patients.
