高校大学生素质拓展工作的现状及对策

摘　　要：当前,我国一些高校大学生素质拓展工作存在的主要问题是:指导思想不明确、组织机构不完善、工作流程不规范、配套软硬件设施不健全、素质培养不全面等问题。为规避并努力解决上述问题,安徽农业大学结合自身特色和具体实际,在进一步明确指导思想、完善组织机构、规范工作流程、建立健全软硬件设施等方面做了初步有益尝试,并取得了一定成效。At present, there are several main problems in the development of the quality of college students in our country, sueh as indefinite guiding ideology,imperfect organizations ,unstandardized working process, incomplete facilities and partial development of the quality of college students. The artiele gives an introduction about how Anhui Agrieuhural University has dealt with these issues.
