摘　　要：围绕某铁路客车制造企业原材料工艺定额的制定与管理,综合考虑了与企业设计开发系统(PDM)、企业工艺管理系统(CAPP)、企业原定额管理系统、商用套料优化系统(FastCut/FastNest)等的综合集成,提出了基于FastCut/FastNest二次开发的板材套料优化与定额管理集成系统.该系统采用C/S分布式计算模式,利用数据集成技术中的数据同步复制和数据交叉引用技术、动态链接库(DLL)等应用系统集成技术与企业PDM、CAPP、FastCut/FastNest优化套料等系统进行数据集成,很好地解决了企业新老信息系统中设计数据采集、工艺管理、优化套料与定额计算、报表输出等功能的集成,以及信息化过程中历史遗留系统的集成与资源利用难题,所取得的成果具有推广价值.An integrated system solution for nesting optimization and material quota management is proposed based on secondary development of commercial software FastCut/FastNest. The system adapts the C/S infrastructure to deal with distributed data sharing and computing. Synchronized replications, cross-references and dynamic link library （DLL） technologies are used for data integration between PDM, CAPP, FastCut/FastN- est etc. The solution can solve the integration of data acquisition, process management, nesting optimization and material management inside of the enterprise. Also, the solution is helpful for the legacy system integration and resource utilization during the implementation of new information system.
