摘 要:通过分析限速摘挂列车对铁路运能产生的不利影响,从铁路区间通过能力和输送能力2个角度探讨限速摘挂列车对铁路运能的损失,运用扣除系数和限速比、运行时分损失率3个参数来定量评估铁路通过能力和铁路输送能力;给出确定双线非自动闭塞区段、双线自动闭塞区段限速摘挂列车扣除系数的方法;提出以限速比和运行时分损失率作为衡量铁路输送能力损失标准和具体的计算方法。实例分析结果表明,所提出的限速摘挂列车对铁路运能损失评估的方法具有可行性,为合理组织限速摘挂列车运输提供了参考。The disadvantages of the pick up and drop train' s speed limit were analyzed and the loss of transportation capacity was evaluated from two aspects such as section carrying capacity and traffic capacity. Three parameters such as the deduction coefficient, rate of speed limit and losing - rate of runtime were introduced to research the section carrying capacity and traffic capacity with quantitative assessment. The method of how to ascertain the deduction coefficients of non -automatism shifting automatic block section in the double -line and automatism shifting automatic block section in the double - line was analysed. The rate of speed limit and losing - rate of runtime were used as the standards to evaluate the loss of traffic capacity. The method of how to calculate the two parameters was brought forward too. The results indicate that the method of calculating the loss of transportation capacity advanced is feasible and applicable which provides reference for organizing the pick up and drop train rationally.
