摘　　要：对陕京输气管道建设的意义和该工程采用的安全保证模式——强度安全保证作了介绍。安全保证模式的内容包括:工程前期充分、全面的工作准备;以强度安全保证做为管道设计的核心;高标准的设备和材料选用;高水平、严要求的管道施工;新体制全方位的管理。介绍和评价了这一安全保证模式应用于陕京输气管道建设中的情况。指出在输气管道建设中实施强度安全保证模式,应在各方面进行全面细致的工作,才能收到相辅相成的效果,管道长期安全平稳运行才能得到保证。The paper introduces the safety measures,the 'strength safety guarentee' taken in the construction of Shanjing gas transmission pipeline. The safety measures include careful and comprehensive work preparations before the construction,taking the 'strength safety guarantee' as the kernel of pipeline design,adopting quality materials and advanced equipments,working according to the international standards and codes as well regulations concerned and overall managing with new systems in the construction. The paper evaluates the safety measures adopted in the construction of Shanjing gas transmission pipeline,and points out that overall and careful work must be made in carrying out the 'strength safety guarantee' during the construction of the gas pipeline,so that the good construction quality and a long safe service of the pipeline can be guaranteed.
