摘　　要：党内民主作为一种民主形式,与广大党员积极参与是不可分割的。党的代表大会制度是党内民主的根本制度,其本质就是一种党内参与机制;完善党内选举制度的方式就是让广大党员行使参与权利;保障党员民主权利是党内民主的最终归宿,其实现途径就是党内参与机制;扩大党务公开透明是党内民主的表现形式,其目的就是通畅党内参与渠道;党内监督制度是党内民主的重要功能,其制约作用需要通过参与机制来发挥。As a kind of democratic form, Inner-party democracy is closely connected with the masses of Party members＇ participation. the Party Congress is a basic system of the inner-party democracy, its essence is a kind of participating mechanism. The way to improve inner-party electoral system is to let the masses of Party members exercise participating right.The final destination of the inner-party democracy is to ensure Party member＇s democratic rights.the route of realization is inner-party participating mechanism. The form of expression of the inner-party democracy is to expand the party affairs openly and clearly, its purpose is to unblocked participating channel. Supervisory is the important function of the inner-party democracy, its restricting function was playing through participating mechanism. To perfect inner-party participating mechanism, to develop inner-party democracy, can not only improve Party member＇s personal quality, stimulate the Party members＇ sense of responsibility and enthusiasm, but also strengthen the creativity, cohesiveness and fighting capacity of the whole party, ensure the benign operation of the inner-party right, improve the administrative level and bringing along people＇s democracy etc. all have a very important meaning.
