摘　　要：为更好实现离合器主、从动部件在一根轴上完成接合与分离,达到传递运动和动力的目的,设计了单轴梯形牙嵌式离合器。与传统的的双轴牙嵌式离合器相比,简化了结构,能满足离合器工作时的同轴度要求,提高其配合精度。该离合器已在新设计的播种机上应用,试验表明该离合器用于驱动排种器和排肥器,接合、分离效果良好。To make the clutch which can be in conjunction and separating with single axis work well and transfer motion and drive force .The single-axis trapezoid tooth-embed clutch is designed.Compared with the tradition biaxial clutch, its structure is simplified and can satisfy the coaxiality in working condition and its fitting accuracy is improved. The clutch is used in new-designed seeder, experimental results show it can interoseulate and separate well for the seed and fertilizer metering device.
