多功能单股草绳机的研制

摘　　要：多功能单股草绳机是一种将脱粒后的水稻秸杆加工成草绳的新型节能环保绿色农业机械设备,由半自动横卷式输草装置、全自动卧式分草装置、播种施肥除草机构、搓草机构、卷草机构五部分组成;动力设备为普通三相(或二相)电机四台、力矩电机一台。本机结构简单、操作便捷、功能多样化,可以生产普通单股草绳、带种草绳、带肥草绳、带种带肥带除草剂草绳。The Muhi-funetion single-strand rope machine,which is Processed into straw rope with rice stalks of crops,is a new type of green environmental protection energy-saving agricultural machinery.h makes of five parts： semi-automatic horizontal roll losersgrass installation, automatic sub-grass devices,planting seeding weeding weeding fertilizing bodies, rubbing grass agencies ,volume straw agencies. The power equipment is made up of four Ordinary three-phase （or two-phase） Motor,and a Torque Motor. The structure of the machine is simple and convenient to operate and versatile ,which can produce an ordinary single-strand rope, species of straw,manure of straw; species, fertilizer and herbicide of straw.
