摘  要:盘式钻头是一种具有新型齿面结构的牙轮钻头。从盘式钻头破岩机理出发,应用现代牙轮钻头几何学和计算机仿真技术,建立起了盘式钻头齿面结构的空间模型,牙齿离散模型,牙齿与岩石互作用模型,根据这些模型编制了相应的仿真软件。通过该软件可以在计算机上进行盘式钻头钻井仿真实验,可得到牙齿载荷、破岩体积、任意时刻的井底模式及机械钻速。这些结果同盘式钻头单齿圈台架试验结果比较吻合,因此该仿真软件对钻头设计者有重要的指导意义。Disc bit is a sort of cone bit with new cutting structure. based on the mechanism of disc bits breaking rock, the spatial model of cutting structure, the discrete model of tooth, the model of interaction between tooth and rock are established, applying modern geometry of cone bit and computer simulation technology, According the above models, a corresponding simulation software is developed. A lot of simulation experiments about disc bits drilling operation on microcomputer by means of the software. loads on tooth, volume of rock fractured , bottom pattern and rate of penetration at any time are obtained. The results agrees well with those from the experiment of single row test, Therefore the software has a significant guiding meaning to bit designers.
