摘　　要：摩擦焊是一种固相热压焊方法，通过机械摩擦在接触表面产生热量，并在载荷的作用下把两个同种或异种的金属或其它材质的工件牢固地焊接在一起。摩擦焊是一种优质、高效、节能和无污染的焊接技术，广泛应用于汽车、拖拉机、刀具、航空、军工、石油、化工等行业设备的各个制造部门，许多发达国家已把大力推广应用摩擦焊技术作为一项技术政策。在石油机械制造行业，摩擦焊技术已成功地用于钻杆、实心抽油杆、空心抽油杆、光杆、高压阀体、蝶阀和地质取芯钻具的制造中。Abstract Friction welding is a solid state hot pressure welding technology.Producing heat on the contact surfaces by mechanical friction,two workpieces of homogeneous or dissimilar metal or other kind of material can be welded togerther under load.Friction welding technology has been successfully applied to the production of drill pipe,convention sucker rod,hollow sucker rod,polished rod,high pressure valve body,butterfly valve and drilling tool for geological coring in the petroleum machinery manufacture.
