摘　　要：针对４００型水泥车三缸泵盘根密封性能差，使用寿命短的现象（平均使用寿命６５０ｈ），通过对盘根材料、结构、组合方式的分析，认为原盘根设计不甚合理。经改进设计的盘根密封性能良好，使用寿命明显延长，具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。Abstract Through analysis for the material,structure, and assembling method of the packing shell of model 400 cementing truck triplex pump.As a result,its original design is no good,because of lower sealing property,short service life(average lifetime for 650 hours).So the packing that design method is improved has good economic and social benefit and longer lifetime.
