摘  要:以聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯(PUA)水性树脂为基料,以纳米氧化铟锡(ITO)浆料为颜填料制备水性透明隔热玻璃涂料,并应用于夹层玻璃中,制得隔热夹层玻璃。对其进行了耐环境和力学性能、光学性能及隔热效果的表征。结果表明,所制得的隔热夹层玻璃耐辐照、耐热和抗冲击等性能好,不影响普通夹层玻璃原有耐环境性能和力学性能,且具有良好的隔热效果和可见光透射比。当颜基质量比为1∶4时,纳米ITO透明隔热涂料涂层在可见光区(380~780nm)透射比在75%左右,遮阳系数可达0.57,隔热15℃以上。Water-based transparent insulated glass coating was prepared with polyurethane-acrylate (PUA) waterborne resin as matrix and nano-indium-tin (ITO) as pigment and filler. The insulated laminated glass was obtained when the coating was laminated between. Its ambient resistance, mechanical performance ,optical performance and heat insulation effects were characterized. Testing results revealed that the insulated laminated glass manufactured was good at radiation resistance, heat resistance and impact resistance without affecting the original ambient resistance and mechanical performance of ordinary laminated glass. Further more, it displayed a favorable heat insulation effect and transmittance of visible light. When pigment binder ratio was 1:4, transmittance of nano ITO transparent insulated coating in the visible light region (380-780nm) was kept at about 75%, shading coefficient could reach 0.57, with an insulation degree of more than 15 ℃.
