脱醇型单组分室温硫化硅橡胶的制备及性能

摘　　要：用α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基料,配合其他助剂,制备出脱醇型单组分室温硫化(RTV-1)硅橡胶,并研究了补强剂(白炭黑、碳酸钙)、交联剂和催化剂用量对脱醇型RTV-1硅橡胶性能的影响。结果表明脱醇型RTV-1硅橡胶具有较好的耐高温性能,白炭黑的补强效果更好,为了得到较好的力学性能交联剂和催化剂用量需要控制在一定范围之内。Dealcoholized one component room temperature vulcanizing （RTVol） silicone rubber was prepared with α,ω-dihydroxy dimethylsiloxane as matrix with additives and effects of contents of reinforcing agent（white carbon black, calcium carbonate）, cross linking agent and catalyst on performance of dealcoholized RTV-1 silicone rubber were studied. Testing results indicated that high temperature resistance of this silicone rubber was quite good, reinforcing effects of white carbon black was better and contents of cross linking agent and catalyst should be controlled within certain extent so as to achieve better mechanical performance.
