摘 要:基于有限状态自动机/形式语言的离散事件动态系统(DEDS)诊断理论,探讨了机械加工自动线嵌入式故障诊断技术的实现方法,同时讨论了嵌入式诊断代码生成问题.The realization of a fault diagnosis program to be embedded in an automatic machining line is discussed, based on diagnostic theory for the discrete event dynamic system (DEDS) modeled by finite state machine/formal language theory. The testable event theory is the basis for the description of the diagnosticability of a system, and the minimum testable space of a system can be obtained using the minimum partitioning algorithm based on the theory mentioned. According to such partitioning, the fault set needed to be handled with can be specified when the embedded diagnostic programming is designed. In practical applications, the diagnostic method and the procedures of the embedded diagnosis program in the machining line is discussed with the automatic machining line for the front and rear end surface of type 6112 diesel engine body made in Guangxi YuChai Co. Ltd. A simple example is used to explain the algorithm of minimum partitioning, and the generation of diagnosis code is also discussed.
