摘　　要：建立了某大型自卸车变速器有限元模型,应用ABAQUS/Explicit显式动态分析方法,仿真该变速器整体系统的动态传动过程,得到了齿轮传动系统的动态接触压力云图、齿根弯曲应力曲线和振动特性曲线,以及变速器壳体的振动特性曲线。仿真结果与试验结果对比表明,二者吻合较好,验证了该仿真方法的正确性。The finite element model of transmission of a large dumper is established.With ABAQUS/Explicit dynamic analysis method,the dynamic transmission process of the transmission system is simulated,and dynamic contact pressure cloud chart,dedendum bending stress curve and vibration curve of the gear drive as well as vibration characteristic curve of the transmission housing are obtained.The simulation results and test results are approximately identical,proving correctness of this simulation method.
